All custom products are non-refundable, but I will keep you up to date with your items progress to ensure you are happy.

All pre-made products can be returned within 14 days of the shipment. Please contact me to arrange this.

For clothing items, please use the Sizing chart before ordering to decide on your size to avoid incorrect sizing. If a product is the incorrect size, please contact me to discuss.
