Where do I send my photos of my pet?

I’ve just placed an order and I haven’t received my confirmation email?

Check your spam, sometimes my emails fall into your spam folder. If its not in there then please give me an email on stitchedbyalan@icloud.com and I will confirm it for you!

My order has been dispatched and I haven’t received it yet?

I send all my parcels via Royal Mail so depending on what shipping type you selected it varies. . If your order doesn’t arrive after 10 working days from dispatch please give me a message!

Im after something a bit different, do you do other custom embroidery?
